And on the 10th you should also have received a mail, and on the 5th it should have notified you ingame already.
You had more warnings, and they are given early for that very same reason you missed your last mail. Sounds entirely like your own fault

Why am I picturing someone ripping out their IV to run home and stop their game house from auto-demoing?
Sooooo what was your excuse for the other 41 days? While I was in the hospital for 4 days there was an email sent to me about housing demolition on the 18th stating my house was going to be demolished on the 20th. I attempted to get my house back but they game masters took their time and the automated system allowed my house to be sold. I then received a message saying that loosing my house was my fault and they would not do anything to help. As far as I am concerned this is a very poor way to conduct a business and I probably will not renew my account when this cycle expires.

Not wrong.
If a player is going to wait 40ish days to check their house, they don't need it. Sure, there will be that corner case where someone is hospitalized the day after they reopen their house and they are stuck there for 46 days and wind up losing their house when they get home. But, the vast majority of instances of people waiting 40+ days to reopen their house are players that probably don't need it anyway.
So let me get this straight you didn't check your house A SINGLE TIME for 40 DAYS before you went to the hospital?
Auto demo did its job and I hope the new owner actually use it.
Next?

the auto-demolition was designed to remove housing from players that don't interact with them. i'm sorry you were hospitalised but you had more time before that, so I disagree calling it bad business. 45 dayts should be enough.
it's okay you're gonna have more chances to get one back. then maybe next time you can give it more attention.
Why do I feel like this is a sarcastic parody of the other thread?
(checks OP's post history).
Oh.
Just in case you're being honest, I'm sorry you were in the hospital. Your health is far more important than pixels in a game. There will be other opportunities to get another house. Make sure you visit the Resident Caretaker to reclaim your gil and furnishings if you haven't already.
If you decide not to renew your subscription, I hope you have a good time in your new game(s) of choice.

One the one hand, that sucks, and I'm sorry it happened to you.
On the other hand, you had every opportunity to avoid this. You were in the hospital for 4 days. Autodemo takes 45.
I'd suggest you learn from this and just try to be more proactive in the future regarding anything important to you.
