Thanks for the reply
But what I actually was asking for was what's changed from 1.7 to now?
To Paraphrase:
The UI and servers are still shit. (Coming in 2.0)
The graphics are still horribly unoptimized. (Coming in 2.0)
There's lots more to do.
The Grand Company questline that starts at level 30 will lead you through the story transition into 2.0.
It's easier to level up any class, even gatherers/crafters.
You can ride a chocobo.
Hurry to 50 now and grab a rare drop from one of the primal fights, because you won't ever see them again after 2.0.
have SE said they you can't get the primal fights in 2.0? from what i know they have not said that. Yoshi-p said in a interview you could use dungeon finder for dungeons and primal fights so it seem like the areas for the primal fights still goign to stay but they also going to be roaming around as HNM also.To Paraphrase:

Q: Will new players who start playing after 2.0 get to experience the current main scenario? Also do they get to challenge instanced raids and primal battles that are available now?
A: First of all, please be aware that the main scenario and the Seventh Umbral Era aren't really the same thing. Players who start after 2.0 should be able to experience the former.
Regarding instanced raids, they will basically remain as it is and they'll be carried over to 2.0. Now with the primal battles, some plots are connected with the Seventh Umbral Era. I say that there is a good chance their appearance may change in 2.0. Some will remain the same, some won't. So basically, the current game balance and the current reward will only be available now. Some of those items already exist.

He said it may change from the JP interview he said that dungeon finder can be used for dungeon and primal battles. So that mean they just change the storyline for it for it to work out in 2.0. I don't in a business stand point making the primal battles then deleteing them in 2.0 seem like a waste of money even tho overall the live event is a waste of miney the primal dungeon and area seem like a big waste if they just not going to use them in 2.0.This is all that has been said on the subject. It's entirely player speculation that the fights will be removed entirely.

Yoshida stated that Primals will be roaming come 2.0, nothing else touched on that fact, just that Odin is main roaming Primal, but ifrit and etc will be on the overworld as well. This is all that has been said on the subject. It's entirely player speculation that the fights will be removed entirely.

seeing the patch note it's pretty much 100% that they not going to delete the battle fight " Bowl of Embers (Extreme), " have been added which mean that the one for the weps would still stay in 2.0 patch. This is all that has been said on the subject. It's entirely player speculation that the fights will be removed entirely.

No it just means they are using what resources they already having to take time to design something else for this terrible engine. The conditions can and will most likely change in some way come 2.0. Yes you will be able to fight ifirit come 2.0...in the open world. Nothing is guaranteed to stay in or out at this point.
You really think SE just going to delete all the hard they did to make the fights? ya i don't see it happening that a big waste of money a easy change in storyline could easy fix the reason you fighting them in there. No it just means they are using what resources they already having to take time to design something else for this terrible engine.
