cant log in as main character

Since 6-7 hours ago, I have been unable to log into the game as my main character. I select my character to log in, and I get to the loading screen and will either get 90002 or 10105 error codes. All other characters log in fine. I have tried many things, including reinstalling the game, deleting old boot cfg file, resetting pc and router multiple times, dns cache flush, transferring to a different data center, then back (i can get in game in the other data center, but not in my home data center), and i contacted support through email who said I just have to wait, but never said how long I would have to wait. I would like to know if this is something I would have to wait a couple more hours, or if it will take days. I was told the issue was that my character was improperly logged out, which I was in radz-at-han and logged out using the escape menu as i usually do. My spouse, who uses my same network, is having no issues. My character, Kat Dragonfury @Zalera is my only character having this issue. Please help.

I would try logging in with a different connection, such as using a phone as a hotspot.

This often works when the character seems to get stuck in limbo.

Also, I wouldn't recommend logging out using the "Exit Game" option, better to use Logout and then "Exit" from the Title screen.
I have personally had this exact issue when closing the game using Exit Game from the in-game menu.

Not a sure fix, but it might help.
