Farming maps in order to do map runs. And no there wasn't always an 18 hour cooldown. There was a time when you could farm a map, decipher it and farm another one, put it in saddlebag and farm another for inventory. The cooldown started during the Ophio skin maps launch

it definitely wasn't.
But if multiple people telling you that don't budge you.
