Regaining Road to 80 bonus?

When I started this game, I made my character in a preferred world. When it expires in a month, can I move to a standard world, then come back in another 90 days to regain the bonus? Or is it a strictly one time per character bonus?

If you started the character on that Preferred world, then that character shouldn't lose the Road to 80 buff until that world itself loses its Preferred status.

The 90 day expiration date is only for characters that transferred to that world, not ones who are born there.
