Stuttering When Switching Tabs in Party Finder Menu

I just updated my Nvidia drivers to the latest ones (531.41) and I'm not sure if this was an issue before then, but whenever I'm in the party finder menu and switch tabs to one with many parties (most noticeably high end duties with 50+), my game will stutter and drop a few frames for a split second. This happens regardless of what programs I have open in the background, and I honestly have not noticed it till now so it may be the new drivers?

Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: RTX 3080 Ti
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
144Hz monitor
32gb ram @3200mhz

I've also just noticed it stutters a bit when switching between my different gear set lists, although not to the same degree as party finder (only about 1-2 frames dropped). I've additionally had my friend with a similar spec computer try out the party finder tab switching and they too had stuttering.

Just curious, did you ever find a reason for this? I noticed the same thing, opening high-end duties makes me drop frames for a split second (144 to like 128-131). Even when playing the game, I sometimes get the stutter and it feels just like the PF one. I feel like its a driver thing, but I'm not sure what a better version may be.

What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?

Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
Does this occur on more than one character?
When the issue occurs, is the PC over heating at all?
Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

Have you tried reverting to the previous version of the GPU driver and/or reinstalling it?
