Ninja, Sage and Warrior, but if I haven't played Ninja in a while I tend to forget my muscle memory for my mundras. But Ninja is my favorite.

Been maining WHM since 2014, and also had Summoner / Scholar as my ALT since then. Most expansions those were the only two classes I bothered getting to Max.
For the first time I've been max-leveling many more classes, and my favorites presently are Sage for Healing, Warrior for tanking, and Summoner for DPS. WHM will always be my WoL's "main" class though and hold a special place for me.
I also enjoy Dragoon & Bard (only 82 but will be 90 next), and occasionally Dancer. I prefer Summoner to them as aside from the visual spectacle, it's fairly easy not to have to be checking my bars for procs and can just enjoy the battle more. The random procs on Bard and Dancer reduce my overall enjoyment of those classes as I have to be checking my bar more often, though the support style is enjoyable to me overall so I still have them as some primary alts.
I have a few other classes at 90 but mostly don't play them anymore since I feel the other classes I've chosen fit my personality better.

DRK, but really any of the tank jobs because of the main character vibes. But mostly DRK because of the high APM opener.
Favorites:
DRG, GNB, SCH/SGE
Fun but don't play them as much as favs:
MCH, RDM, DRK, NIN
Wouldn't play them if you paid me:
DNC, WHM
Indifferent:
Everything else

I'm the same way, really. The new summoner was a huge revelation to me because I had tried the job in the past and decided I didn't care for it. To me, it was like a slower version of WoW's affliction warlock. With this expansion, I guess for many people it went from overly complex to way too simple for them to like it.For me this is fluid, and never remains static. It can be SAM for a couple of weeks, then switch to DNC for the next month. Sometimes I might want to do content as one of the healers. Other times new glamours will make that job my recent favorite. It can also be a confidence thing, and I will take the job I am the most comfortable with into more difficult instances.
Despite all that, my FC mates will always see me as a SCH main. If Yoshi-P came to me and showed me all these cool job stone replicas and said I can choose just one to have. SCH is most certainly the one I would choose to take. While it is not always the most fun for me to play, it is the job I love the most. My sig probably says it all here.
But for me, the job clicks. You just know when you found the right job for you. Just like you found scholar.. ((For what's it's worth I love scholar also. It's a great job. I'm just a better healer on white mage. For character backstory, Kacho is a descendant of Nymans.))
It's funny you say all your FC mates see you as a scholar main. For me, you will always be the monk who helped my arcanist out *mumble* years ago. In fact, it was you who inspired me to check out monk on my alt!
Out of curiosity, how far did get with DNC and WHM before you decided they were not for you?
So, what job do you like now?
Mobility is a new concept for me. I'm too used to playing turret classes. But, it is fun, isn't it? It's one of the things I really enjoy about bards and reapers.

Leveling all combat jobs to cap is the first thing I do after completing the MSQ each expansion, so they've all gotten their fair shake.
My distaste of DNC was pretty much immediate. Leveling DNC to 80 was one of the most mind numbingly boring slogs I've ever experienced in this game. When it came time to level it to 90 I did it almost exclusively through Frontline so I didn't have to play it. Lots of people love DNC and that's great but I find the job about as fun as having my nails torn out.
WHM didn't have a specific moment that made me think "wow this is horrible!" I just generally found it very dull compared to the other healers from both a gameplay and aesthetic perspective, so if I need to heal something there's no reason for me to ever play it when I could be playing any of the others. If WHM were the only option I probably just wouldn't heal at all.
Not trying to dunk on anyone's favorite job, just my personal preference. I've certainly seen plenty of posts from people who hate DRG/GNB lol.
Monk. I like how simple it is while still having options to spice it up.
You also punch and kick things in the face.
Gunbreaker, because it's the most fun tank (sorry, Warrior. You will always be my first love). Also, gunblade.
Ninja comes at a close second. Brings me back to my middle school days of doing the Naruto run everywhere.
Dancer and Monk are also pretty fun.
