I parse 100-110dps on MM with all abilities on cooldown using this set.
(this is from our under 17 min AV runs where I change to monk after we spawn MM)

Holy balls! 100-110 DPS in a Corslet? You're making me ashamed to be a monk. I pull 120 in sub-par gear.

What DeadRiser said is pretty solid advice. Aim to get STR around 350, and INT 310 then go Attk/Crit Attk. where able.

Legs/Gloves are easy places to stack STR materias, and head is probably your best source of INT (AF head is a pretty good piece there, TBH) for entry into endgame.

Pick up a pair of Flame Sergeant's Patas, providing you can keep Sanction up, they're better then Ifrits and will activate the (3) set bonus on your body, which is pretty nice for UD.

When I engage Mistress I have ALL abilities on cool down, because I swap from bard after she spawns.

I like how people are told to ignore the best gear because it's rare.
