Sage can't get Adder Stings if you are able to overwrite Diagnosis.
In Sage + SCH, Sage should be acting as pure heal unless they Zoe + Eukrasian Prognosis (Big Shield).
It cost the same amount of time for Sage to just cast Prognosis (No Eukrasian).
Though SCH can also use Emergency Tactics for pure healing.

sage can also get adder sting from aoe shields now and those can still get overwritten.
At least for aoe shields it should go by highest hp shield, its stupid that sage can overwrite a spread adlo from a sch with their aoe shield, and its kinda annoying if in duty finder for example the sage puts 2 single shields on the tanks an you cant crit spread adlo of the tanks anymore.

The tanks are the ones who benefit least from a super shield anyway. Not being able to hit them with it when they already have a basic shield isn't going to change the number of heals you spend on them after the sage shields break.

i meant spreading the crit adlo from the tank, because having the extra crit effect on anyone besides the MT is kinda a waste

If this is indeed the case (and the way I play as well) then why is SGE given priority over SCH? They have access better "pure healing" than SCH.

Tying Adderstings to shield depletion was a bad idea. I don't know where else they can go but it does pit two healers against each other and the Regen healers don't have to deal with this.

Every healer combination works perfectly fine EXCEPT SGE/SCH.

Shields prevent damage, which means effective higher HP, and less risks of death. Which healing cant. Stacking shields would otherwise be too strong. Idealy you want the shields to be stacking, but at the same time, you want to make sure SGE can get the stack. Idealy i would have it track 2 values on the background: total shield and sge shield. Where if SCH overwrites the shield, it only adds the SCH value on top of the sge shield. Giving the full potential, not disrupting SGE, and allow refreshing the shield. Sge on that can also still apply the shield by simply marking a portion as a part of his (even if it effectively added 0).

But that probably requires a big code change.
