Mines at around 5 days by now as well, I made a similar post to reddit and seems that this issue occurred to other players as well.

I've also made sure that I'm doing activities such as queueing roulettes/duty finder and even bought an item from mogstation.
I'm able to interact with my character through Mogstation, but it's not being listed through Lodestone.
