Demolishing housing for SE Accounts in Bad Standing

I think demolishing housing should be activated for SE accounts in bad standing and part of an FC with housing or solo player with housing. It's a privilege to own a house in FFXIV, and I think repeat offenders don't deserve a house of any kind.


I think it should be on a shorter time cycle, preferably weekly or daily, until the egregious incident passes after 90 days on those accounts.

In the end you'll get replies assumingbwhat you're talking about.
and some from people like I, or the opposite who may suggest changes and adjustments, to then get replies saying it doesn't/can't be implemented.

and then cries for full FCFS, or other changes.

I'll let SE handle it, all plots should be large, and all sizes should place able in larges.

No lol, I mean accounts in bad standing should be in line for harsher punishments should they break TOS for sure but there's no need to turn them into second class citizens in the game or milk their time like that. They still pay the same money all other players do.

A perma ban ofc should come with house demi since obviously the character won't exist anymore.

No. People can change. Some at least do. They fudged up, they had the consequences (temp bans whatever) and now they're past that.

IF something like this would be implemented then a TOS change is in order, retroactively adding this would be bad as it would punish those who have already been punished after the fact. Like a robber getting out of prison after five years, then the law changes and they're back in prison for another three. This could only be implemented going forward, not looking at the past.

Either way, no, they pay like everyone else and has been said by Ath192, let's not make them second class citizens.

No. Conflating one punishment for another is path toward the darkside.

If the offend is bad enough to take away someone house, it would be bad enough for a permaban anyway.

Unfortunately, since we have demolish housing suspended because of the war in Ukraine and other world events,nefarious players are taking advantage.


Solo FC players and FC players that are perma-banned still have a house....

Some FCs are only one player because people tend to leave FCs, so what about them? Should they be punished for having a house because people left the FC?

unpopular opinion but if your FC has less than 5 active people on in the last 90 days? yes. absolutely.

Why exactly? My small FC is almost 7 years old. That's longer than some of you have been playing. I should lose all the work I put into that because I prefer to not be just a number in a big FC?
