Blacklist functionality

Salut,

Would devs please expand and improve the blacklist functionality? Currently my adventurer has been bombarded by some other users who harass and terrorize my adventurer out in the field - all parts of La Noscea, Mor Dhona, Coerthas Aetherytes and open exploration, and Limsa Lominsa Maelstrom front, for example.

Blacklist function is available easily for other users who terrorize within the chatbox.

However, terror and harassment also occur outside of the chatbox, with those terrorists dampening the experience of my adventurer through their own "gimmicks".

Would you expand the blacklist function to target those terrorist users please?

For example, for a user who has not entered into the chat box - let those users still be able to be targeted, right-clicked with the menu showing the option to blacklist those users.

You can do so via chat command. Target them and use: /blacklist add <t>
Alternatively if you want to avoid them noticing you targeting them you can hover their name and go with: /blacklist add <mo>
Both will give you a confirmation box first where you can doublecheck the name. (especially useful for the <mo> variant)
