IN game recruitment panel

It would be very useful if towns had a recruitment board similar to the market board where if clicked you see FC recruitment posts per server. Members can instantly join an FC that way for as long as they are not on the FC's blacklist (separate blacklist which disabled to join function & disables the ability to send them an invite). You can ofcourse just refuse members based on them being on someone's blacklist but the first suggestion would be more efficient if SE decided to add it.

The FC info would show your name and tag by default, including the FC info.

There would be several tabs to cycle through these recruitment posts.

- Manually & Alphabetically by pressing the letter (A-B-C)
- Show by activity, showing the FC who has the most people online at the same time at the top.
- Show all FC's who have their max member limit set at 50, 100, 150, etc...
- Type of FC (RP, Casual, Endgame, Mixed)

(Obviously this panel would only show FC's on your current server)

This suggestion is easier since many people don't know how to find or use the online recruitment page and it has shown to be highly ineffective so far... especially since recruitment posts dissappear after a while.
I think this would be a far greater alternative for people who like to do everything in the game itself without having to go on websites, discord or whatever.
