That is where you would be wrong, I frequently do lower level content via roulettes, I just recently finished grinding out all the Manderville relics getting the tomes mostly via roulettes after all.

You might say you see the problems, but I don't think you fully understand the amount of work required. This is even before all other issues.

As a thought experiment, how quickly would you imagine it would take to get 1 job done? I would put a very optimistic timescale of 1 job per major patch, meaning, it would take 4 expansions worth to get the current jobs into that state. Then, you have the question of, which jobs do you focus on first?

All this to, once again, point out that it would be a logistical nightmare.
