[Suggestion] Close off Aether, Primal and Crystal to new character creation temp!

Now before the mass attack i feel coming let me explain this idea. I seen on these very forums a discussion as to why Dynamis is dead. Then today i got to thinking about different ways to achieve it being lively other then maybe counting on 7.0 to liven it up.

The answer was simple. Set worlds on aether, primal and crystal to congested temporarily thereby funneling newly created characters and players into dynamis.. Now again, before im bombarded. I realize that it takes the freedom of having friends possibly creating new characters on your world or moving over there. also takes away your freedom to say make an alt on primal to join a friend. I get that.

However i suggest closing temp to at least make dynamis more lively. Wouldn't need long. maybe a patch cycle. then the worlds in primal, aether and crystal are changed back to normal. they can even monitor how its going population wise and if they see it needs a bit longer or its been long enough then they can change aether, crystal and primal from all congested to whatever (with balmung being on perma congested).

People from Dynamis would just DC travel to those three anyways (like they already do) because thats probably where their friends are gonna be

i guess but hey. i haven't really seen anyone else present ideas. i mean they could try it without shutting down dc travel and see how it goes. i have a feeling the few who travel probably wouldn't matter as the overall idea would vitalize the data center. then once the rest of the dc's are open to new characters (minus balmung) then its normal. its a temp idea to see how it would work. if it works it works. if not then at least it was tried right. also. if you disconnect the visitation. those people wouldn't make alts there anyways so really wouldn't matter would it lol

People would just use Dynamis as a hub and DC travel. There's nothing you can do without removing DC travel. There's already a good amount of people that believe that Primal is the DC for pvp, Aether is the dc for raiding, and Crystal is the DC for RP.

The only real solution is cross DC queues.

We already see it. People moved to dynamis for housing, yet queues are dead. Why? Because they all just data center travel to do content. They do maps in aether. Fates. Msq. Hunts. No one stays on dynamis to do content. So if you want people to be on dynamis, you'd have to kill DC travel.

Crystal was already closed off entirely just a few months ago.

Literally every new data center gets these same complaints, as if people expect populations to instantly boom

Stopping DC travel looks like the only way but I think they’d just end up pissing the playerbase on Dynamis. Who would even create an alt there under those conditions? You’d need an influx of new players and atm, the game is not getting that, at least not until 7.0

That happens on most of the worlds on Aether anyway so they don't really need to do it artificially.
