71-80 I am not in combat, servers literally crash and i get KO for this? Is this fair i lose time because of very old system? W/e just a rant since devs dont read any forums (even JP).

oh i agree.
The ammount of my runs that ended due to a DC/crash is.. sad.
I see why SE would implement it though to combat those who would abuse it
what I think should be done is install a Grace Period
If one DCs they have.. 3-5 minutes to log back in and it will resume in their current spot.
this will combat those dcing purposefully to survive/ reroll floors. while giving those who want it a chance in case the 9002's come and bite
The amount of rage quits I've had in potd from dc'ing on floor 178 or another high floor is too much to count. There are chances of people abusing that system yeah...but at this point I just want some type of allowance to be made because it feels like such a waste of time and effort to dc after putting so much time into solo runs.oh i agree.

I got a dc on floor 98 of HoH, with 2 Odin, 2 Safety, 3 Serenity. The game's way of denying a clean when the run was RNG positive. Worst possible experience.
Abuse is stupid, yes you can make youreself a second chance but you still have to clear it... if youre not good enough your chances are 0. The only reason im not trying it is bc i once had that DC on hoh and that nope'd me out of even trying...
This is why I wish they'd add a 3 lives policy for just this reason, and to make it less of a pain when you wipe because you just get super bad RNG
There needs to be a grace period for logging back in or something because getting a DC and having the run end because of it is more anxiety provoking than actually making the attempt. I can get to 181 no issue by myself, but knowing that a DC will delete my previous 12h worth of effort makes my hands sweaty and then I start making dumb mistakes through anxiety. I'm not sure how they could solve the issue of people using said grace period to abuse the system, but I'm sure they could think of something. It needs to be done because losing a Lone Hero or Necromancer attempt when things were going well due to DC (and let's be real, their servers arent the most stable thing in the world) is plain unfair and ridiculously punishing. To the point where if it happened, I wouldnt blame you for never attempting again.
Agreed it is just not fair especially since many have friends who are FORCED to play with unstable connections due to provider instabilities.
If the game registers a player DC'd, there is just no reason why the game couldn't start a short 5 min break during which everyone can either wait or vote-abandon.
I'm surprised about the Dev's level of inconsideration involved.. not everyone has access to this expected perfect and eternally stable internet.
The KO count doesn’t bother me too much. I just wish I could progress the run with a non zero KO count. Just make a non zero KO count run not count for leaderboards or the achievement. What’s the harm in that?
Just dc'd on a 174 today actually. This of course is killing my drive to play the game, but the thing I dont understand is why are we locked out of the damn instance on dc. Ive dc'd in savage, crystal conflict, and frontlines, the game seems to have no problem putting me back into the instance with all the damage applied. This isnt gonna save everyone from bad connections but at least give me a chance with a raising or something!
