As for OP, I;d just start a PF saying they are new and would like help clearing some content.

Wait I was being kicked everytime I logged in to the NN then I started blacklisting every mentor who made a comment and those talkers I was talking about my earlier post. The result is that no one kicked me after that.. so if they can see my post and I cannot see there's why didn't I get kicked as soon as I entered the novice network?? answer this??? and guess what I was posting??? kick me now mutha fuckrs never got kicked...

Blacklists are only one way. If I blacklist you, I cannot see what you say. However they can still see what I say. Blacklisting also does not prevent you from getting queued together through duty finder or partied together in Party Finder. You won't see their PFs, but they can still join parties you join.

The main reason I seam to be getting kicked, is when i ask for help clearing any kind of content, or if i ask to help another person clear any certain kind of content. I am being removed on the grounds that its not ok to post a party finder in the novice netowrk, or that its not ok to ask for help on savages, or post the pfs of others who ened help, even just with msq.

It is ok to ask for help or to post Party Finders, and although new players do sometimes do old extreme and savage with synced or MINE settings, it's better for these adverts to be for clearing the MSQ because it's not an endgame content chat. It's the opposite of that, a new player chat, and making it look like it's a veteran chat full of savage adverts is not making it presentable.

We don't know why they're not kicking you. However it is an undisputable fact that people you blacklist can still see your messages. I've tested it. Other people have tested it. Blacklisting in this game only does four things.
1: You can't see their messages or Party Finders.
2: They can't /tell you.
3: They can't friend request you.
4: They're able to see your Party Finders but if they attempt to join they get an error message (only if you're the Party Leader).

That's it. If you ask me, the blacklist system in this game is garbage and in need of some improvement.

Now the question is, can they see your PF requests? Blacklisting prevents them being able to join your PF, and maybe therefor also hides it in chat (which could therefor work to avoid getting kicked).

But in the end, if someone is doing a PF request for a duty they have never done, they should be considered a novice for that duty, so if they get kicked, its mentor abuse. Best is to report those that kick for it, since its usualy only a small group trying to dictate others. Enough reports against those people, and they will be punished for it.

There is a reason why on some worlds the NN is considered a joke... and its mostly those people that kick for false reasons.

I recently restarted the game with a new character I think quite a few are.
Currently I am moving into Storm Blood, I haven't had any issues simply putting up PF's.
I have cleared every fight up to this point including Extreme's (Unsync), Normally takes at most 10 Min before someone joins my PF's.
(Make sure the PF has Unrestricted Party checked, and you have Unrestricted Party check in duty finder First)

You could try data center hopping, Aether is far more kind about this type of thing.

Personally I hate the mentor system as it is, but I could see why they would be mad about posting PF's in NN.
The NN is over flooded with crafting "Mentors" which takes almost nothing to obtain.
Many of them Rushed to end game themselves.

If you are trying to do every fight synced, Then people will defiantly be upset very few people actually know lower level fights.
Its asking a Big time sink for almost no reward, and they will still have to carry because of the way Higher ilvl gear syncs down.
Most don't mind helping for lore, or even mounts, but if you ask for a lot of time it comes across as selfish.
(Black list is both ways, they cant see your PF's or messages, And you can't see theirs)

I know they use to be able to see yours. Your name use to be faded out in the PF but it would still show up. I believe this might have been changed not that long ago but I'm not 100% sure.
