Suggest me new content to try

Heya im a casual player that just finished Endwalker main msq, but I left ton of side quests forgotten so im thinking to level up a new job to complete them, and I want to try new content in the meantime.
I do my daily roulettes every now and then and hunts/special fates when I can too. Everything else is fair game (except palace of the dead, tried it and got bored pretty quick). Thank you for any recommendation

Did you do the Manderville questline? Pretty hard to tell what you’ve done or not with achievements turned off.

Try new jobs, level up crafters/gatherers. Bozja and Eureka is a good idea but I personally can’t stand Eureka’s endless grind. Bozja is fine though and recently did it again on an alt and there was a good attendance during weekend and prime hours on my data center. Variant dungeons? I have no idea what you have completed or not. (How come You don’t have the Argos mount if you’ve completed EW?)

Battle beast tribes?

You say you don’t like PotD, how far have you gone? It’s pretty redundant at early levels, especially with a group that skips everything and just speedsruns it but it gets fun in the deeper levels. You can find statics in PF for that. HoH and Eureka Orthos are faster paced than PotD and they have less levels (you need to find a static for lvls 30-100. You can solo it too but I recommend trying with a group first so you can know what to expect).

PvP (especially Crystalline Conflict, but some people prefer objective-based Frontline or Rival Wings instead).
Alliance Raids (3 for each expansion).
Normal Raids (12 for each expansion, released in sets of 4).
The savage versions of all of these raids.
The ultimate raids which become available after beating certain savage tiers.
The sidequest trial series from each expansion (which contain 3 trials each), such as the Warring Triad, the Four Lords and the Sorrow of Werlyt.
The extreme versions of all of the trials.
Variant, Criterion and Criterion Savage dungeons (currently only 1, there is a new one in a few months).
Eureka and Bozja, which have large-scale raids with 24 to over 50 people at the end of them. There is just 1 at the end of Eureka, but 3 for Bozja and then there is a savage version that is still done.
Blue Mage, which learns enemy attacks and uses them, then competes in the Masked Carnivale, does the Blue Mage Log with other Blue Mages or completes old savage raids synced for the morbol mount.
GATEs at the gold saucer, which are jump puzzles.
Triple Triad, where there are over 377 cards to collect from different content and doing card matches with other players. Some of them come from tournaments.
Chocobo Racing, where you rank up a chocobo and then breed it many times to get a high enough ranking chocobo to do all of the chocobo racing challenges. Racing can be fun.
Doman Mahjong is pretty boring, but a few people like it.
Lord of Verminion at the Gold Saucer, which is also not very popular, but it is an entire mini-game of its own.

A lot of old extreme and savage content mostly gets done unsynced, so people who are higher level just destroy the content easily, but there are occasionally parties in Party Finder that do it MINE (Minimum Item Level, No Echo), which makes it challenging in the way it used to be. There are also discord servers which are used to help get people for it.

Hunts, which you mentioned, have special monsters that players can spawn with a low chance of success by carrying out certain activities in an area. It can be a very fun rabbit hole that sucks you in for months or years.

There is also crafting and gathering, which has content of its own such as ocean fishing, the firmament restoration, gathering in the diadem, crafting and gathering beast tribes and stories in custom deliveries which are similar to beast tribes really.

Most of the rest of the game is either social activities such as roleplaying, organizing events in a free company and glamour, or collecting things (such as mounts and triple triad cards which take you through most of the content in the game).

I didn't include the other two deep dungeons since you didn't seem interested in POTD, but many people do them or try to get the solo achievements.

It's difficult to recommend anything without knowing much about you. Based off of your main job and user name alone, I would recommend either leveling another healer or a tank to widen your perspective on what other jobs and roles go through during content. Taking your current job into one of the non-MSQ dungeons (unlocked via quests), Alliance raids, or normal mode 8-man raids. The other suggestion is to give one of the EX trials a go. If you haven't done any of those yet, I would try hoping into a practice party for one of the earlier ones like Hydaelyn or Zodiark since they are a lot more forgiving when mistakes are made. I basically laid out suggestions from easiest to hardest for PvE. There is even harder content but I want to avoid spoilers if you've just completed the initial EW MSQ.

On the lighter side of things that are just a pasttime, you can give crafting/gathering a try to see if you like it. Island Sanctuary is out there as well.

Can second Eureka, its super fun, you have a lot to do and at the end you’re rewarded with beautifully glowing armour and weapons

Dk what server you're on but Primal Eureka has frequently had 30~40 players each time I've gone in this past week so the grind has been...not super grindy!
I'm guessing with nothing to do til 6.4 (LATE MAY?!) a lot of people are giving it a shot.
I'm lv52 and will head into Hydatos sometime this week, I just wanna complete my Pyros relic first (I grabbed a bunch of elemental glam first)

Can third Eureka and Bozja/Zadnor. It's good for the story, leveling, Bozja/Zadnor in particular is good for relic grinding not only for ShB but also for EW's relic weapons, and it's a good way to make some money while doing it via treasure boxes.

Level blue mage, get all the spells, do the masked carnivale, work on completing the duty log for blue mage... then enjoy the new content you're gonna get around August
