they need to take focus more off making Ultimates and the likes of that and focus more on casual content that the remaining 99% actually would do.

I am a week late, but this. More stuff like the new dance floor that was recently added. More RP stuff. Places to go. Mounts, minions, golden saucer stuff. More MSQ and and as much it pains some here to hear it, more casual PvE content like 4 persons and trials. Too many resources already go into hard content, in my opinion.
