if gear swaps come back im out i guess just a pain in the ass.

just make the elite more elite. missing a piece of equip NP >>> GTFO the party.

dont feel like making a ton of macros just to switch equip to gain 50 dmg.

The old "my way or im out" argument, nice.

Makes those that dont care and/or can't understand basic macro's easier to see. Missing "a piece" of gear didnt get you kicked from anything but maby an endgame ls you prob wouldnt get into to start with without decent gear/knowledge of the game.

A ton of macro's made a huge difference if you knew what you were doing, but based on your post, you never used them and are talking out of your ass. If you used 1 gear set on whm on 11 you cure potency at max would be like 28% vs 50%, -cure cast time maby 10% instead of 50%, anything you couldnt do in 11 was your own fault/laziness/inability to understand simple concepts.

The same could be said about any DD job like sam, a tp/ws/pdt/mdt set made all the difference, increasing your str by 100+ or haste by 15%. "Elite more Elite" is BS, exactly what it is, "Makes lazy/dumb people stand out more" because you refuse to learn how to play.

Didn't you know some people enjoy wearing full AFs and whines nobody invites them to do stuff? because looking pretty helps you beat content.
