Yep. They will probably have a couple lettered patches between the launch of .23 and the servers coming down for the start of 2.0 testing and 1.0 character transfer. But all signs are pointing towards the legatus battle being the last major leg for the current story arc. And once this story runs its course 1.00 is over.

Total tangent but the idea of a episodic mmo is a rather interesting.
I know that's not what they were intending but it is kind of what we are experiencing.

There will be lettered patches between 1.23 and 2.0 but that's my understanding, yes.

Kind of like that actually.

But each expansion being basically a season. Once the story arc has run its course that's it. The next run picks up where the previous left off and if you missed doing something that is locked to the previous season's story well tough luck.

Of course that would only work if the expansions were complimentary and there were large enough gaps between the end of the run and the start of the next so every one who wanted to could get there stuff done.
