Continues Gamechrashes, tried a lot already

I write that for a Friend, since she isn't a good speaker of the english language. Basically she has multiple crashes a day. We can't really make up a pattern that could cause the crashes. Basically we get always Errors like:


We tried:
→ Updating all possible drivers
→ Reinstall the Game
→ "Repair" the Gamefiles
→ Reinstalling Windows

The PC is about a Year old, so we also don't think it's a dying SSD. I'm kinda out of Ideas, since no other Games have any Problems, just FFXIV. Could the Steam Overlay cause such behaviour? What about the Nvidia Overlay? I'm considering disabling all overlays, but since they don't cause any trouble on mine, I wasn't sure if that really is being the Problem here.

Tried all of that, nothing worked out sadly. One thing we noticed thought is that it happens most of the Time when she teleports. Basically, the animation goes off, the Error occurs and then when she starts the Game again, she is on her destination she teleported to...

And Idea what could be the cause of that? SSD? RAM? Seems to be something connected to the loading

Thank you for providing us with an update. Unfortunately, I'm uncertain as to whether this could be related to a specific component of the PC or where exactly it could stem from, however, another recommendation is to disable the Firewall and ensure that any anti-virus software on your PC has appropriate exceptions made for FINAL FANTASY XIV (you can also temporarily disable it for testing purposes). You can also try turning off fullscreen optimizations. To do this, find the executable file for the game and right-click it to select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, select "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" and apply.
