Incorrect Dialogue Attribution in Loporrits Quest

Hello friends! I believe I have found an error in the rank 6-to-7 Loporrits tribal quest "A Million Malms Away". During the second cutscene, the following dialogue occurs:

Dreamingway: Better than music?
Ashen-furred Loporrit: If you ask me...
Dreamingway: Many of Etheirys's people lost loved ones during the Final Days, did they not? We could let them know that they're not alone.
Dreamingway: Or─purely as an example, you understand─we could use our unique vantage point to describe cloud formations.
Dreamingway: Oooh... I don't follow!
Ashen-furred Loporrit: <sigh> With that information, those on the ground could more accurately predict incoming storms, forestalling ill-fated forays.

Given the context here, I'm fairly certain "Many of Etheirys's people lost loved ones during the Final Days, did they not? We could let them know that they're not alone.
Or─purely as an example, you understand─we could use our unique vantage point to describe cloud formations." should be spoken by the ashen-furred loporrit, not Dreamingway. The dialogue afterwards makes little sense in its current form.
