Duty limit?

How even do 200 duties in a day to reach the cap. This is first time ever heard of there being a cap and I have been here since 1.0

I don't think I've ever actually run into that limit.

I've had days where I've done all my roulettes + doing a bunch of dungeons unsync'd at a rate of like 3-5 minutes per duty for ARR/HW relics.
