Duty limit?

Why is this a thing for someone with hundreds of hours of playtime, made many purchases in the shop and who's been paying to play the game for a year and a half? I'm obviously not a bot. You make players run insane amounts of duties if they want to power up light for these relics and then you punish them for doing it. I don't want to play this many duties for fun, I just aim to make relic progress. It only takes a few hours to reach this cap running things unsynced anyway. So much for making substantial progress on these with my day off. There's not even a warning! I can't even go do roulettes or other duties now - I'm just completely locked out. Sure am glad I don't have raid night planned or anything tonight or this would have completely ruined it. This really needs to be adjusted to be more practical.

first part "ive given so much money to this game....hear me rawr rawr". other thing. ive never had a duty limit doing any relics. roulettes only give bonus once a day. generally i just ran content unsync for light or whatever and if i needed poetics just queued for the dungeon itself that gave the most. like what did you do to get a lockout.

I didn't know there's a duty limit. Is it per hour? Daily? I've asked in Novice Network if such a thing exists like that other game but didn't get an answer.

Also I've never encountered this before, and I've grinded out all the ARR relics on another toon, and I regularly spam haukke normal/hard unsync for the fine wax and manor varnish.

Due to bots running dungeons 24/7 for gil drops and bogging down servers its capped to 200 a day IIRC.

How even do 200 duties in a day to reach the cap. This is first time ever heard of there being a cap and I have been here since 1.0

Its 100 dungeons a day, the only real way to hit it is to BLU spam dungeons for gil. Or maybe farming glam in old lv50/60 dungeon where you blow through in 5 minutes but arent guaranteed a piece of gear cause its not a leveling dungeon

I've got the 10,000 duty achievement and far exceeded it and exceeded it even more on alts. I have played for 8 years. I have never reached this limit, even when mount farming extremes or even unsynced farming.
