    In-game Font?

    I'm just trying to figure out what the Font used in-game is. like, not for Chat, but for skill names in flying text and such.

    Haven't been able to find a direct answer.. trying to search the forum for the word 'font' has been..... less than helpful.

    I'm... not sure. I believe the ARR logo's font is a payware font called Jupiter though (it's also used for GUI text such as 'DUTY COMPLETE' and the like).

    The font is AXIS Font. See: Type Project interview with Naoki Yoshida and Hiroshi Minagawa: A Font that Supports Communication Among Users

    It's a pretty pricey font though. You might prefer to approximate it with Meiryo or Myriad, which are similar sans serif fonts with a two story 'a' and a one story 'g'.

    That is quite a pricetag.. but it is also a very robust typeset after all... thanks for that.
