Dynamis low pop, high queue times.

Now that I'm on Maduin, I'm finding it nigh impossible to queue into anything except Expert Roulette or Leveling Roulette. In addition to that, the party finder is always empty, save for people a few advertising the ERP club in their basement. This means if I want to get anything done, I have to DC travel. However, doing so locks me out of my retainers, my house, my apartment and my island as well as several functions that can only be accessed in my home server.

So could anything be done to rectify this? I mean if you're going to force Dynamis people to DC to get anything done you could at least make it easier to access the things I mentioned.

Give it time. Dynamis is useful, and will have its moment. People may be worried now, but when the next expansion is out, and there are lesser populated worlds for new players to join, people won't be complaining. In fact I think they would do well enough to add even more worlds before the next one. This game is in high demand. A little bit of early world prepping, even if they are low pop would be fine. The game used to be almost like that completely before Shadowbringers brought the game to a new height of activity.

More worlds and more datacenters is a good thing. They will grow in time.

Cross DC queuing would fix it. That way, your server wouldn't matter.

People keep throwing out eventually and someday, but you could just fix it now. Make it more bearable now. I shouldn't have to leave my datacenter at all. Sure, I can visit a different one. Maybe buy some stuff or see a friend, etc. But now it's meta to leave to do anything. You want to pvp leave Dynamis. You want Eureka/Bozja leave Dynamis. Heck, even the new content is dead.

There are people down in Materia with this exact problem, but without the option to just go play on another DC.

30 seconds DC traveling isn't going to be the end of the world.

Remove DC travel entirely. Only way to make people who moved to dynamis just to get housing stay there to do content.

Besides housing I read people only made alts for the lulz and not bother with Dynamis. I'm sure it'll be very active when 7.0 is out when the chaotic queues come back.

How much time? Sorry but I've been hearing "give it time" since November. Adding 4 more worlds to Dynamis isn't going to make the problem any better, in fact it's only going to make it worse.

SE needs to look into a more seamless cross DC playing experience. Because nothing brings my Seraph FC together like 3/4 of the members missing because they're on Gilgamesh trying to get things like dungeons done or are looking for mats or just want to hop into Bozja and actually have people there to play with.

If only it was just 30 seconds. It's usually a couple of minutes, but sometimes you run into longer wait times such as 3-5 or occasionally up to 10 such as when things seem to be busiest.

All of that adds up.

We really, really need cross DC queues.
