Tank Invul issue

I just had a really weird issue in Mt Gulg and I wanna know if I'm just the only one

So basically after the 2nd boss I pulled all the mobs and pop my defensives one after the other. The healer was doing good heal but with me starting to run out of defensive and my HP being at 10% I use Living Dead and take a few it while it's active to trigger the effect like I do all the time but instead of puting my HP to 1 I died and not only I died but my Living Dead when I got rez was on CD like if it was used but didn't trigger

My whole party was confused too They and I never seen a bug like that and I was wondering if I was the only to have this issue
