    Party Members in Quest Scenes

We could do with having open-world party members that are within the zone (Wouldn't register cross-world Party Members, for obvious reasons) being displayed in quest scenes. They wouldn't even need to interact with the scene itself, just be there for immersion.

Sure, this would add an additional 7 positions they would have to account for, but there are already a lot of scenes that have plenty of space.

Depending on context, say it's just a conversation scene they could be in the background doing other things and, if there's multiple party members, perhaps chatting with each other.

During a battle scene, they could be attacking other mobs or have their weapons out behind the player actually doing the cutscene.

What about solo-instances? Modify the scenes that lead up into the solo-instance to explain why the party members would not be there. They did the opposite for trusts.

We also already have party members in certain dungeon scenes, so I would not believe this to be much harder to do.

We actually had this sort of thing once, in the original 8-man Praetorium - the cutscenes throughout the dungeon (starting when you jump off the Enterprise, and especially the scenes with Gaius and Lahabrea) would have your party members behind you and they'd even make little gestures to each other, so it really made it immersive.

Unfortunately, that was all changed because players were more interested in rushing it, and ignored that immersion. So, alas, it's clear SE has decided to sacrifice that sort of thing in favour of gameplay, which is a shame, but I understand why it's not a thing anymore.
