    if i'm not mistaken (and i might be) submitting HQ of course will get a little bit more experience for the person turning it into the fabricator, but also HQ gives slightly more FC points too? so there is a *small* upside to it? maybe? i dunno

    That I don't know. I've never paid attention to what company credits are generated as materials are submitted. I guess that's something to try to remember to check on my next project.
