Cost to max all crafting jobs?

How much gil would it cost me to max them 20-90?

Especially if I wanna speed run it by buying mats?

I mean, if you wanna speed run it at MAX speed, you can just buy all leves items directly from MB, right?
You can also buy the raw mats from MB for making Firmament collectables, which basically gives insane EXP all the way to level 80 (might wanna do this before burning leves, which have 100 allowances only).
You can also buy GC provision mission items directly from MB too.
Who knows how much all these will cost you... perhaps instead of earning 15 million along the way, you end up spending 15 million gil? I have no idea!

The most expensive way is to buy finish HQ products from the MB for leves. However, it doesn't require you to do any crafting at all - nor buy any gear. However, you will eventually need to complete the DoH class quests to 65 to get Manipulation. Quests from 1-60 don't require you to craft yourself. But 61-65 (and 65-70) produce untradeable products, so you'd have to make those.

Journey before Destination. Do some of the crafting yourself. Otherwise, you'll spend 50-100(?) million gil leveling and probably not feel it was worth anything.
