Add Hide Names During Combat

We already have Show Names During Combat which I'm sure is useful to some people but I'd really like the opposite.

I don't want to turn player names off completely since I like seeing them in cities but it gets really cluttered during Bozja instances or similar where they're not in any alliances so they won't turn off and I'll just forget I need to turn them off until a Critical engagement starts; on top of the risk of forgetting to turn them back on for a while. And for the same reason I like reading names of my Alliance members at the start but it's not worth having them on during combat so they're currently off but it does feel like a compromise and just reduces my enjoyment of group content quite a bit.

Some people told me to just make a macro but I'd rather not use the hotbar space for what seems like a normal option to have and I could only find a command to turn every name off which isn't what I want at all.
