If non raiders designed an Ultimate

What are some of the bad design choices in a raid encounter only people who never raided or done an ultimate could come up with?

If non raiders were tasked with creating an ultimate encounter, here's some of my predictions as to how it would be like

1. DPS checks that are only possible theoretically
2. Excessive RNG to prevent addon usage (won't work)
3. Gimmicks as the main source of difficulty, i.e. things people will figure out the solution quickly
4. a "gotcha" mechanic at the end of phases designed to get you killed just to fuck with the player
5. playstation exaflares
6. Insanely difficult final phase
7. weapons that are extremely ugly
8. passive aggressive legend title name and achievement name

They would develop a phase with tons of debuffs during a 2 minute burst window, and forget there is a buff / debuff cap ingame ^_^.

Playstation exaflares but they are tethered in pairs and the shape of the marker is the way the exaflares expand at the opposite end.

Now that would be funny.

1. Fight it is mildcore difficult. It meaning chara playing the fight can defeat it and none the weaker chara can defeat it. In the Cold difficult.
2. If chara not clear fight. The difficult can be reducing by posting the complain in general disgust forum.
3. Party it is control by game. If chara making the mistake and making the wipe computer party it apologize to the chara and it perform the sudoku for be the bad. No Scallion is allow in party. Only No Shadow God.
4. Can grind the fight for special reward. If chara is get board of the grind can complain on the general disgust forum to get instant reward.
5. Clear the fight it teleporting the chara to in the Limsa with title BTW Legend and the shiny weapon and the shiny pants and the shiny light and the afk/RP status. Also game make post for chara who clear on the forum say how easy game it is and want unsub except have the Mansion and need the general disgust forum attention. The life it is hard.
