Or rather add a second charge. I think the long cooldown is fine because you rarely need to rescue someone, but when you need to, it can be several times in a row, or several peoples at once.

I think this would be comparable to a tank who doesn't let your reach the boss's back seat. Inconvenient, but nothing worth reporting. A necessary evil in a multiplayer game were everyone might not be fully aware everyone else's specific needs.

At least you can rejoice in the fact that healer can only bother you up to once every 2mn at most.
