Is Zero the most unlikeable main character in this game

You're probably right - although I'd say that it's unlikely that she'll defeat him per-se; more likely that 'we' will be the ones to fight him and bring him down whilst she strikes the final blow. IF that's how it plays out.

I suspect, that Zero is a shard of the WoL. And she will devour us so we become one. It is already known, that if a void sent devours another void sent then the souls will be merged. So we will get the ability to turn void sents into crystals.
