Actions &Traits description in game

Yes, but i see only the icons, cant read skill descriptions, how can i enable it?

In /characterconfig > UI Settings > General, set these three settings:

• Display item help.
• Display action Help.
• Position > Fixed

Then you can move and resize the Action Help and Item Help HUD elements in /hudlayout.
