What would newer jobs have looked like in the HW era?

Lately there’s been a lot of talk about “the future of ffxiv” and how we’re all going to be playing 1 button homogeneous jobs and what those jobs will look like.

So I figured let’s have a more light hearted take and ask the question what would some of the latest additions look like if they had been developed by a HW dev team?

For example, I imagine RPR would have been a lot more focused on the pet aspect, possibly fighting alongside your voidsent, having combos that work off you fighting together such as the RPR would use a weaponskill that would buff the potency of the next voidsent attack and the voidsent would then attack and restore mp for their master, with enshroud being an old darkside style mechanic where fusing with your voidsent would slowly consume mp to take on your reaper form to deal as much damage as possible before mp ran out, then fighting alongside your voidsent to restore the lost mp.
