Remove black screen fade when taking resurrection

I can only imagine the difference here is that LB3 resurrection doesn't teleport your character, and because of that the teleport screen fade is just something technical.

Exactly. LB3 raises you right where you are while normal raise teleports you to the caster first, hence the mini loading screen.
