mogstation items impossible to recover, lost forever

I am unable to recover my account wide maid outfit that I got from registering a code from a promotion a while ago.

I accidently thrrew away a few pieces, and found I could not

- Get it from any of the npcs that you'd normally recover such items from
- could not request it from mail
- Se wouldnt help me because I asked too late.

Same for my chicken suit, I cant recover that either. These are items I pay for so I am pretty sure this violates some european customer laws


again. these items cannot be recovered from the either npcs or mogmail and SE support will not help

They really shouldn't allow you to discard items bought from the Mogstation in the first place, since they won't help in anyway.
At the least, anything you buy from the Mogstation in the Glamour department should be added to an NPC to rebuy incase you mistakenly drop bought items.

This seems like an oversight and needs attention.

If you ever made a Glamour set with these lost items, you can still use the set of items that were Glamoured to, to see the lost ones, I have done this myself, kind of weird why it shows the gear I threw away.

Next time, you should place the Glamour stuff in to your Dresser so you wont loose them.
