Datacenter Travel does not work

Cannot datacenter travel

1. logged in and got to character selection
2. right clicked character and selected "visit another data center"
3. clicked "select world"
4. A black screen with error 2021 "world data could not be obtained. Please try logging in later" shows up
5. Game resets back to login screen

Reproducible 100% of the time. No changes after reinstall, restarting computer. Happens at all times of the day at all days of the week over the past two months.

I have the exact same issue. I have had this issue since data center travel first came out. Same error message, same steps to reproduce 100% of the time. Has persisted through many patches.

This affects all my characters on Primal, including the worlds Ultros and Exodus.

I have had this issue for over a year and I still don't know how to fix it other than literally using the PS4 copy of the game to travel to another DC logging out of there then launching the PC version of the game to play on the travelled DC. This problem has ben driving me up the wall especially how terrible ps updates are when you haven't touched the console version in a few weeks.
