Why do people avoid getting better at the game?

Im still a lowbie but it seems like for the class/job itself there shouldn't be an excuse for failing it. I mean you bring up your log read it, and common sense seems to be enough. Pop a buff or rotation to increase your dmg first like twin snakes on monk, then dot etc seems rather simple minded with a little reading and common sense. Ninja is a bit rougher so far from what i've leveled up remembering which signs to do, (working on not messing this up myself) but seems like keep huton up like all other jobs, seems like all one really needs is a little reading to know what one to pop first, then just follow the glow and keep your cds rotating.

I don't think its toxic for someone to expect someon to read the skills, and to use a little common sense on placement. Doesn't seem that confusing


sorry for my wording and if this was mean, it just seems like the classes themself require barely anything but simple common sense and reading.
