What a bad excuse. Look up the rotation on discord? Most people would already improve by 300% if they could keep their GCD rolling for more than 10% of the dungeon. Thats how bad the average player is.

I mean shin isnt wrong.

When you see people with 60% GCD uptime on a regular basis, it's like they never learned the ABC's of MMO gameplay. (ALWAYS BE CASTING)
