Figured would bump this a little. Still having the same issues. Submitted a ticket and went through everything support suggested and nothing. Was told to just contact my ISP(which I'd already done and confirmed it wasn't anything on their end. And who suggested in turn to contact SE incase that network for some reason was blocked). As well as to submit report about lag and packet loss. Also managed to confirm there's at least a few others around here locally that have the same issue. So still no idea about what might be causing the issue or how to actually fix it.
