    Constant 2002 errors all day

    Been having trouble with getting the 2002 error all day today, while still last night everything was working just fine. So I'm hoping to igure out if others have had the same issue(or where exactly the issue might be). Each time I try to log in and proceed to the character selection it will thorw the error that "the lobby server connection has encountered an error". The same thing happens if I attempt to change DC as well. I've tried all the different normal suggestions of port forwarding etc but none seem to work. Neither did trying to use a vpn. The only way I've managed to connect has been either using mobile internet or using cloudflare warp. Neither of which is a real solution or fix.
    Apart from the obvious error and unability to connect the only signs of issue are an unusually high packet loss at the hop prior to the actual server. So I'm assuming the lobby server. As well as the usual suspects of the hops on NTT's network in Ashburn, San Jose and Sacramento.

    Hi, I have the same issue since yesterday as well. There was a windows update just before, could that have something to do with it?

    Anyway, I tried all the basic things, reverted windows update, reinstalled game, messed around with firewall/antivirus/internet settings etc.
    At this point I'll just go play something else and hope it fixes itself ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ good luck

    EDIT: Cloudflare warp works for me too, otherwise problem still persists.

    I've been having the same problem for about two days now, too. Tried basically everything on my end but still the only way for me to get into the game without the 2002 error is to use mobile internet.

    Edit: thanks for the cloudflare warp idea! That works for me but would be nice not having to use such a workaround

    Have been having the same issue for 3 days now as well, the only way I can get in is using a mobile hotspot as well. I tried looking at my internet/firewall/etc. settings but no change, plus my friend with the same ISP started having the same problem at the same time, and they play on PS4.

    Figured would bump this a little. Still having the same issues. Submitted a ticket and went through everything support suggested and nothing. Was told to just contact my ISP(which I'd already done and confirmed it wasn't anything on their end. And who suggested in turn to contact SE incase that network for some reason was blocked). As well as to submit report about lag and packet loss. Also managed to confirm there's at least a few others around here locally that have the same issue. So still no idea about what might be causing the issue or how to actually fix it.
