Buying class boost for gil - Money making

I doubt people do it for the gil, you can even earn loads of gil being lowlevel crafter... and or just picking up stuff and the likes...

If you got an alt... I would not mind to just boost through everything on that alt as already done the content before... though am to cheap to pay for a boost as it is nice to re-play the game from scratch now and then.

Lol black market gil is far cheaper, by two orders of magnitude. That should tell you how much people actually value gil in this game (especially since it's risky and wrong, which will be priced in). It's 100% not worth it.

Paying $25 to buy 500k gil doesn't make you a bad person or morally wrong. It just makes you stupid.

If you want to make gil but don't like crafting/gathering, just level fishing to 90 through ocean expedition. Finish the quests up to 70 to get the GP boost (just buy the fish on the marketboard), but this is frankly optional. Then fish for jhinga, and sell the jhinga. It's incredibly easy and you can get this started within half a day.

Usually make ~500-600k in just gil from my FC's 2 hour map event we do every week. If I get good drops it shoots up even higher. Made 3m in one night a few weeks ago.

If you buy all the classes, so one class each month, after buying them all, you'll end up with nearly 10k mil gil.

Well 10 million gil or whatever is not much at all and the cost for getting gil that way is simply not worth it.

You get gil from almost everything in this game and most of these people that buy a boost is probably just to get an alt up high or the likes, gameplay wise if first character, it doesn't really pay off at all to just boost through.

I bought a boost, to cheese the dungeons solo. I am only playing for the main quest, then "Adiós"

Every MMO has P2W elements. People are in denial, P2W is profanity....shouldn't be.

P2W is not inherently bad. In many MMO like XIV, they are optional & provide a temporary edge. I will be stronger than everybody else who started the game, but that is until they reach the lvl cap.

The gil is nice though, if you got money to blow, go for it. if you can afford to play XIV, you can afford the boost. I would do it when they go on sale, but ya don't have to.

I have no shame about it. XIV is not my main MMO. I am a lvl 80 with the sprout over my head & everything......I play XIV like it was X; solo.

Go for it bruh. They are in the mogstation to be purchased, that is what they are made for.
