How much CP do you need to HQ Indagator gear/materials?

I want to craft the Indagator goggles but not sure how to completely HQ.
My stats are (including specialist soul):
Craftsmanship: 3866
Control: 3409
CP: 573

If I use a food buff like chili crab, I can increase the CP to beyond 600.
I am using a mix of different gear pieces: Indagator, Pactmaker, and the Perfectionist; all integral accessories. I have melded materia to max or nearly max out CP in most pieces.

I have bought HQ materials for the goggles: Craftsman's Alkahest and Rutilated Quartz. Based on this, can someone please suggest a rotation? I would usually start with reflect and get HQ to 100, then work on progress, although I have seen other macros that start with muscle memory.
It would be nice to test it it trial synthesis with HQ mats to avoid wasting mats, but it doesn't seem to use them.

Hi Lance,
If you take a look into this thread here, my suggestion macro rotation is pretty much what I will suggest as a manual rotation to you:

It's a Muscle Mem-based rotation.
If you have 3866 craft, you will be able to finish off the craft with a Basic Syn instead of Careful Syn in the end.
Since you can make up quality with HQ mats, control is not a matter. You just need to test how much quality you can ditch out with this rotation, and then calculate the amt of HQ mats you need.
When the rotation is executed manually, you'll be able to make adjustments on the spot based on the Good conditions you receive, and you can also use Heart and Soul per your need if you're holding the Specialist Soul Stone. So it should be quite easy for you to HQ the Indagator's recipes.

I would suggest to use Tsai tou Vounou instead of Chili Crab though. Or even Jhinga Biryani if you can get your hands on them.

Thank you Caimie and Shadygrove. I was able to craft the goggles after using Tsai Tou Vounou. The HQ materials and one excellent condition made it easy.
