    It is your ISP issue and in general you want to sign up with ISP that is actually maintenance the hardware infrastructure instead of sub ISP who rent connections

    SE servers are from same manufacture so there is no difference between NA and SEA

    when i think about it, you probably right, maybe my ISP maintain every hardware infrastructure to connect to almost every game and website that i visit flawlessly except my connection to not only ff14 also only to JP Data Center, that's quite specific for a bad ISP maintenance. Thank you for the help
