Not able to access retainer in "Take/Grab Items only mode", when retainer is locked - is a big problem.
There must be an option to "move all items from retainer A to retainer B", coz taking items by One is also not fair.

I suggest OP to write to tech support, and ask to move all items to nonlocked retainers



You can not use ventures faster then what you gain at 90 with 1 hour ventures. You get 590 green drops turn into GC and turn into ventures. Or another huge batch is PvP once you have what you want you turn wolf marks into ventures. Also poetics if not doing old weapon content is nothing but grand company turn ins and more ventures.
We literally need new ventures that use 99 or 999 ventures at a time. I am not even trying and am just under 45k ventures I am sure lots of players are capped out. And if the cap had been higher to start with probably have lots capped at 100k






For 99 ventures I would expect to be able to order a specific rare item. You can't be serious thinking it would be viable at those prices.



Well kind of depends. They did add Materiel containers to GC, which is just a loot box(a bad one). So a new loot box for retainers, beside the venture coffer we already have. It would be nice for X glamour for an instance you completed. Would reduce the amount of items people keep for glamour, if a venture could go back and get it in an hour. You would never have to refarm something.
Also i don't think 99 is very much for someone with a bunch of paid retainers. Quick ventures could be 10k in GC seals per hour so 50ish ventures an hour. But mainly the best would be scaling on gathering ventures. I don't need 9 ore I need 600. So some scaling you pay retainer up to 999 and they can bring back a certain multiplier of the base number. It is a currency for NPCs, so they could get more NPCs to help since they have the capital.


It seems at one point you reorganized your retainers. retainers by default appears in order of when they were obtained. this is extremely important to note if you buy like 4 additional retainers at the same because you need to make note on what order they showed up in incase you do reorganize them o i learned by clicking on the gear icon you can reset any sorting you may have done on the retainers. I have done this before and forgot to resort my retainers and locked myself out of my horde of materia and about 75 million on one retainer lol. I feel your pain on that. I do wish they listed the retainers name on said retainer option when you go to cancel additional retainer subs on the mog station.


Would intentionally obtuse be better? lolI get that the OP is frustrated that he probably spent hours selling/discarding/moving his stuff to just two retainers in the hopes of saving $14/mo by only having 2 retainers. Then he finds out it is the wrong two retainers and has to spend $1 or $2 to fix it. But calling it fraud is a bit extreme. Pay the money, put the items on the "right" retainer rearrange that to the top and move on.
SE loves to hide little things like that in the fine print. For example, make a standard account and make two characters in the same server. Switch to an entry account and watch your second character get locked out even though the fine print says that you can make up to 8 characters in the data center of your choice. It is bad when I compare their system to a worse Playonline system, lmao.

I run 9 retainers as well. In fact, my set-up is almost the same as the Op's except I run 4 miners and 2 botanists, 1 FSH (regret) and 2 combats. All 90 with basic materia'd gear, uh i think 610? gear. They bring back max upward to level 85 on various stuff. But, I dont run them for 85 or higher anyway, I keep them at below 85's for max yield, 40 minute runs, and gather 85+ manually when bored. I always keep the 3 non-gatherer's on quick explores to produce enough turn-ins to "keep the machine going" and again the other 6 are on 40 minute gather resource runs.
I generally try to stay around 500 ventures for safety but everything else, the excess seals, goes to GC materials. Coke, hardened sap, schellite, petrified logs, etc. etc. and even will occasionally will buy Orch. rolls or portraits to sell.
My question is asked from an apparent misunderstanding as to why you are hoarding them at all when there's lots of things to buy with seals besides more ventures.
You said it yourself, "You can not use ventures faster then what you gain at 90 with 1 hour ventures". So, whats the point of hoarding them? I honestly mean nothing negative with any of this tbh.
I havent PVP really yet so wasnt aware you could get mass ventures that way.
I think I get it now, your producing so many ventures its impossible to use them all based on the available things to buy with said currencies you are using to get them.
