Store is a dead brick

Why is it I can log into everything but the store? I wanna fantasia my character but havent had access for a couple days. Maybe add this function in game.

I haven't had any issues getting onto the store. I went to it just now and logged in fine.

I am not able to access the store for over 3 days now as well. All other logins work fine, but the store says..
A technical issue has occurred.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues accessing the Final Fantast XIV: Online Store. May I ask if you are getting any error messages? I'd like to suggest a few things to try:

- Clearing browser cookies.
- Re-opening the site in an incognito/private window. (To help turn-off any possible extensions that may be interfering with the site)
- Using a different browser (.e.g Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
- Turn off any VPN if any are in use.

incognito worked for me. The strange thing is i cleared all cookies / browser settings before replying to this post, and that did not work. But the incognito did.
