'Keep people busy' - as someone with multiple Alts, I can tell you that MSQ barely takes any time if you skip all cutscenes. Since you can just unsync all the duties and have flying, that's wouldn't really take much time.

So be it if you want to speed run it. I'm betting you would go for the outfits right? There you go. It's not a bad incentive to use NG+ and for a lot of us we would take our time and remember details we may have missed the first run.

Yes, when you rerun events with the same rewards you don’t give anything to the veteran players. When there’s rewards for everyone then we all win.

You’ll notice in that post how the OP was interested in the car. If they want to develop original content then I’d be even happier. But this is a solution to provide something grindy for those who want to keep playing the game and want a new reward out of it.

If it came across as “I want new events instead of the same ones every year” = “never add new rewards as a replay incentive” then that wasn’t my intention.
